HCIS is managed by a Board of Directors who are experienced educators responsible for the governance of the school. The Board adopts policies consistent with the school’s mission and vision and supports the achievement of learning outcomes, and delegates the implementation of these policies to professional staff, and monitors results. The Board is responsible for making strategic decisions to ensure the sustainability and financial viability of HCIS as it implements its mission and vision.
