Sports & Fitness at HCIS
Students stay active year-round in our heated indoor swimming pool, where certified coaches guide them through stroke technique, water safety, and endurance training for all levels. In Fencing, students combine physical agility with mental focus, learning footwork, strategy, and discipline under expert supervision and full safety gear. Physical Education builds core fitness through strength, flexibility, and cardio-based activities, encouraging lifelong healthy habits and teamwork.
For students who enjoy variety, our Sports Club offers a rotating lineup of team sports such as basketball and football each semester, allowing them to develop sport-specific skills, coordination, and game strategies in a fun, supportive environment. Whether building stamina, mastering a sport, or learning through play, HCIS students grow in confidence, fitness, and sportsmanship.
