The Power of Quiet Leadership
We often associate leadership with those who are vocal, assertive, and naturally outgoing. But leadership comes in various forms, and some of our most remarkable leaders are the ones who lead quietly. Quiet leaders inspire by example. They don't seek the spotlight; instead, they lead through their actions, their integrity, and their unwavering commitment to our values. Today, I thank all our quiet and shy leaders at Hillside Collegiate.
